A total of six individuals, including two children, were successfully rescued after being stranded in a ropeway car at the Chamunda Mata temple in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, due to strong winds, according to Superintendent of Police Manjeet Singh Chawla. Situated atop a hill, the renowned temple faced an unfortunate incident when a rope snapped near one of the towers, resulting in the car becoming immobilized. Authorities promptly initiated a rescue operation and safely retrieved all six occupants, who hailed from Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. In response to the incident, an inquiry has been initiated to investigate the matter further.
