Prime Video has just dropped the highly-anticipated trailer for the fourth season of ‘The Boys’ and it’s a real nail-biter. The teaser kicks off with Butcher, played by Karl Urban, dropping a bombshell: his days are numbered due to a dodgy ticker. He wastes no time in rallying the gang for a showdown with Homelander and the rest of the supes.
Without giving too much away, the trailer lets slip a juicy detail that fans of the first season spin-off, Gen V, will recognise. From there, it’s a rollercoaster ride of action, superpowers and gallons of gore.

Mark your calendars for June 13th because that’s when the new season hits screens worldwide, exclusively on Prime Video. As for whether we’ll see any familiar faces from Gen V in the upcoming series, well, that’s still up in the air. Remember, a few key characters from ‘The Boys’ made cameo appearances in Gen V’s debut season.
Speaking of Gen V, production for its second season is gearing up to start later this month. Sadly, there’s been some sad news regarding the show’s cast. Chance Perdomo, who played Andre Anderson, tragically passed away in March. Instead of recasting the role, the producers have decided to reshape the storyline for season two, as a tribute to Perdomo’s memory.
