What goes into the recipe
don’t forget to scroll to the recipe card for full amounts and method
- gelatine- this is essential! It is what sets your sweetened condensed milk layer. If you want the whole think to set quicker, you can also pop extra gelatine in the jelly layers!
- white chocolate– makes the sweetened condensed milk layer like a pannacotta! Use melts to make it super quick and easy.
- jelly- I have previously used the all natural ones, with no problems, but this time I used the normal ones.
How to make this recipe
- First make the red jelly according to the packet instructions. Pour into your glass.Allow to set for 2 hours. (Images 1 and 2)
- Add the gelatine to boiling water and mix well. (Image 3)
- Melt the white chocolate.I used the microwave and followed the packet instructions. (Image 4)
- Add the condensed milk to the white chocolate. Mix well to combine.Add the gelatine mix as well and mix.(Image 5)
- pour into glasses and allow to set for 2 hours. (Image 6)
- Mix the green jelly as per the packet instructions. Pour onto the white layer. Allow to set for two hours- then top with berries, or your choice of topping. (Images 7 and 8)
Expert Tips and FAQs
You can pop an extra teaspoon of gelatin into each of the jellies and then they will set even quicker than the 2 hours I’m allowing per layer. This also works for the white chocolate condensed milk layer, add an extra teaspoon of gelatin and it will set a lot quicker!
Yes! It looks great in a trifle bowl or similar! You can also make them even smaller than these- a great idea if they are one of many desserts on a table.

Instructions

Prepare the red jelly as per the packet instructions.

Divide between the pots. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Melt the white chocolate using your preferred method and stir in the condensed milk.

Add the gelatin to the boiling water and whisk to combine.

Stir the water mix into the condensed milk mix.

Divide between the jelly pots. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Prepare the green jelly as per the packet instructions.

Divide between the pots. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Top with raspberries, strawberries, or candy canes!
Notes
If you need the layers to set quicker, stir an extra teaspoon of gelatin into each layer.
