Those candidates who have cleared the ITI first year and are currently studying or have passed the industrial training are eligible to apply for Bihar Board ITI Higher Secondary Level language (Hindi and English).

How to apply for Bihar Board ITI Language
Step 1. Visit the official website at ithsllsecondary.biharboardonline.com
Step 2. On the homepage, click the link that reads, “Higher Secondary Level Language (Hindi and English) Examination 2023 District Name, Institution Name & Code”
Step 3. A new page will open, register yourself and generate the login credentials
Step 4. Now, login using the same registration details
Step 5. Fill the Bihar Board ITI application form and upload the required documents
Step 6. Pay the application fee and submit the form
Step 7. Save and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference
