The paper will primarily test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking, and the candidate’s general awareness.
Paper-II: Includes 100 objective type compulsory questions, each carrying 2 marks, based on the subject chosen by the candidate.
During the test, candidates are required to mark their responses for both Paper-I and Paper-II on the Optical Marks Reader (OMR) Sheet provided with the test booklet.
For consideration for the position of ‘Eligibility for Assistant Professor,’ candidates must have appeared in both papers and secured a minimum aggregate of 40% marks for General (Unreserved) category candidates and at least 35% marks for all candidates belonging to various reserved categories (such as Cat-I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, SC, ST, PWD, and Transgender) (belonging to Non-Creamy Layer).
The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates.
