Here’s how to check the results for RSMSSB Forest guard
Step 1: Go to the official website at rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in
Step 2:Look for ‘candidate’ section on the top bar.Once you have spotted, click on it.
Step 3: Once you have been able to view the PDF, check for the important instruction given the by recruitment board.
Step 4: The PDF contains only the roll numbers of those shortlisted. Candidates will be required to verify their roll numbers by cross-checking.
Step 5: Once satisfied, candidates can wait for further instructions from the selection board.

Separate shortlist has been made for candidates belonging to scheduled areas, as deemed by the selection board.
As per the Rajasthan Forest Department Rajasthan Forest Subordinate Service Rules, 2015, and Rajasthan Scheduled Area Subordinate, Ministerial, and Class IV Services (Recruitment and other conditions of service) Rules, 2014, the Forest Guard Direct Recruitment-2020 aimed to fill 2167 posts in both non-scheduled and scheduled areas. In response to the department’s request for recruitment to a total of 2646 posts, the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur, invited online applications through advertisements numbered 04/2020, released on 11.11.2020 and a revised notification was released on March 11, 2022.
The results were initially announced on September 18, 2023. Subsequently, document verification round of those candidates were done, between September 25, 2023 and October 02, 2023.
After verifying the candidates’ eligibility and qualification, a total of 1701 candidates, including 418 from scheduled areas (as deemed by the selection board), the final shortlist was released today.
The list given in the current notification serves as the final list of candidates selected for category-wise vacant posts in the forest department.
