Angel Studios, the outfit behind Sound of Freedom, has dated three more theatrical releases rounding out its slate at a presentation Wednesday in Las Vegas.
The company told exhibitors gathered at CinemaCon that World War II thriller Bonhoeffer will hit theaters November 22, Homestead on December 20 and David — a new animated musical about the biblical king — on November 21, 2025.
As reported, Sight is upcoming on May 24. and Possum Trot is set for July 4.
Angel is celebrating its first year as a theatrical distributor, topping $300 million in global box office revenue, the No. 8 stop, in 2023.

Bonhoeffer, a true-life thriller written and directed by Sully scribe Todd Komarnicki, spotlights the courage and sacrifice of World War II hero Dietrich Bonhoeffer (Jonas Dassler), a pacifist pastor determined to live his life with uncompromising political and spiritual courage in Berlin during the Third Reich, conspiring to bring an end to the Nazi regime.
In Homestead, when the world erupts in post-apocalyptic chaos, a community must unite to survive, or turn against each other and fall. Directed by Ben Smallbone, it stars Neal McDonough, Dawn Olivieri and Currie Graham.
David is an animated musical based on the ancient prophet, poet, and king who battles a giant and goes on to inspire an entire nation of believers. According to the film’s website, it is currently crowdfunding and has raised $54 million towards a $61 million target.
