Korean stars Kim Go-eun, Park Ji-hyun and Kim Gun-woo are confirmed to star in the new Korean drama Two Women (working title).
Directed by the same director of Do You Like Brahms? and The Interest of Love, Jo Young-min, Two Women will tell the story of Eun-yoong and Sang-yeon, two friends whose lives are closely connected as they deeply admire and care for each other, yet also hold feelings of jealousy and resentment.
According to reports, Kim Go-eun, known for her roles in popular dramas such as Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, Little Women, and others, will take on the character of Ryu Eun-joong. Despite her seemingly ordinary appearance, she possesses a unique charm that draws people in with her sincerity.
Park Ji-hyun, known for her impressive performances in Do You Like Brahms? and Reborn Rich, among others, has been cast as Eun-joong’s best friend and competitor, Cheon Sang-yeon.
Additionally, Kim Gun-woo, known for his role in The Glory, will portray Kim Sang-hak, the respected senior of Eun-joong and Sang-yeon in their photography club. Just as devoted to Eun-joong as he is to photography, Kim Sang-hak genuinely cares for Eun-joong and holds significant importance in both women’s lives as Eun-joong’s boyfriend and Sang-yeon’s club senior.
