NMDC :Last date to deal as a combine entity is 25 October . 1:1 NMDC steel share .
ALL pending FNO positions will auto expire on last date which is 18 October in Aarti ind & 25 October in NMDC.

What if I get fraction shares due to not holding share of Aarti in the multiples of 4? A trustee is appointed to sell these to the company and cash is remitted to our account ? Is it same like bonus shares ??

Since the fractional shares don’t trade in markets the company appoints a trustee to buy the fractional shares. The trustee then buys back those fractional shares from the investors and the proceeds are then credited to the primary bank account.

Yes the trust appointed will club all the fractional entitlements and sell at bse/nse . net receipt from broker is being given to erstwhile fractions holders .
the charges of trust will be borne by company our company .

The shares you hold need to be listed.
As long as the shares, debentures, or any other securities you hold are available on the CDSL depository, you can use your Zerodha demat account to hold them.

Will appear in CDSL demat as and when issued but to have the same in trading account , it must be a listed share .

Aarti Industries will add more than 50 products individually. In the near future, the company intends to expand its operations. It will have a positive impact on their stockholders.

Awaiting regulatory approvals mainly sebi relaxation . there will be a PA as and when company gets it and normally within 4-6 days after it , the scrip get listed. @Kiran_Gumraj
