A relative of mine is unable to exit her smallcase investments, she tried repairing her order, but it ain’t working. Any suggestion what we should do.

She did but it was still confused what to do about it, so i suggested seeking help here.
if you can share that, maybe others can review and help clarify exactly what is being recommended.

The stocks they are trying to sell through Smallcase,
it appears that they no longer hold those stocks (or sufficient quantities) in their underlying Demat account.
