The private restaurant will be located on the lobby floor, looking out on the resort-style pool and Atlantic Ocean. It’s been designed with the 104-year-old automotive brand in mind, including diamond flooring that mimics the pattern on a Bentley’s dashboards and knobs.
English promoted the partnership last month with a Wagyu tasting at the Bentley Residences Miami sales gallery, where he was joined by Dezer Development president Gil Dezer and more than 200 guests, including Real Housewives of Miami stars Guerdy Abraira and Adriana de Moura.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the Bentley Residences will offer 216 luxury condominiums, priced from $5.25 million. The 62-story tower will also boast individual balcony pools, 20,000 square feet of amenities, and a car elevator that brings residents’ vehicles from the ground floor to their front door.
Construction will begin this year, with a target completion date of 2026.

Thomas Juul-Hansen puts his stamp on Sutton Place
Thomas Juul-Hansen has unveiled his interiors and model residences for Sutton Tower, the tallest building on Manhattan’s East Side.
The acclaimed architectural designer, who also created the 850-foot tower’s exterior, is a go-to designer for superstar chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who tapped him to breathe life into restaurants like Nougatine, Perry St., and The Mark. Juul-Hansen’s Scandinavian roots are present throughout the Sutton Place building, which pairs natural elements like wood and honed marble with meticulous modern touches.
All 121 units have been craftily designed as corner residences and include oak entry doors and flooring, custom Statuarietto kitchen islands, and sinks carved from a single slab of Bianco Dolomiti marble.
Prices at Sutton Tower begin at $2.35 million for a one-bedroom unit.
