The incoming president of the Royal College of Psychiatrists has called for a public information campaign to be launched about the consequences to British teenagers of regularly smoking cannabis.
Shubulade Smith, who takes up the post in July, warned that high consumption was associated with a risk of developing psychosis in later life.
