Mubarak Ahmad Chaudhry (“Mobi”) was born in London in 1965. As a young boy he migrated with his family to his ancestral home of Lahore in Pakistan, where he attended St Anthony’s High School, a prestigious institution that counted two of Pakistan’s former prime ministers among its alumni. He was a distinguished student and returned to England for his sixth form years before reading medicine at St John’s College, Cambridge.
