How could someone (except for the little ones I suppose) resist some freshly grilled vegetables? Especially while camping, I mean come on!
Back at home we bought this grilling basket, and let me tell you what, I use it just about every single time we grill. No matter what I throw on the grill, I always load that basket up with some fresh vegetables. The same goes for when I am camping, I always bring my grill basket with. I found out that cutting the vegetables beforehand and bringing them to the campsite helps out a lot with the meal preparation.
