The Godfather (1972)
The film is fundamentally about men who don’t know just how to function in the big bad world, and having to learn that skill on the fly. Some, like Michael Corleone (Al Pacino), succeed, while his older brother Fredo (John Cazale) reveals himself to be a complete coward.
