Green-tech is celebrating 30 years of recognised work within the landscaping industry.
The UK landscaping supplier is celebrating this milestone with a calendar of events planned throughout the year, from sales promotions and competitions; to sponsored events, throwback memories and a celebratory open day at its head office planned for the summer.
Green-tech will be supporting several award initiatives throughout the year; the company will be headline sponsoring the BALI National Landscape Awards for the tenth consecutive year.
It will also be partnering with Pro Landscaper for its 30 Under 30: The Next Generation awards, and its Business Awards 2024.
The company will be launching a ‘Challenge for Charity’ campaign with the aim of raising to £30k (£1000k for every year of trading) for five charities – the BALI Chalk Funk, Candlelighters, Macmillan Cancer Support, Perennial and Shelter.
The Green-tech team has six challenges planned over six months, with events ranging from cycling and endurance to a ‘big sleep-out’.
Sales director Richard Gill, who has been with the company for over 20 years, comments: “I, like many others here, have progressed through the ranks and pride myself on staying true to the Green-tech vision and philosophy.”
Kris Nellist, Green-tech’s managing director adds: “It’s an exciting time for Green-tech and I’m looking forward to the future as we enter our fourth decade.”
