Jeremy Renner is marking the first anniversary of his remarkable healing journey with the release of new music. The 52-year-old Marvel actor recently announced the upcoming launch of a “new musical diary” titled ‘Wait,’ coinciding with the anniversary of his near-fatal snowplough accident.
An Instagram post featuring what seems to be the cover artwork, depicts Renner with his arm around his 10-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin Renner, sitting on a dock overlooking the water.
‘Wait’ is not only the title of Renner’s new single but also a representation of his reflections on life, death, recovery, and the lessons learned along the way. Representatives for the star confirmed. In an October interview, nine months after the incident, Renner expressed gratitude for being alive and emphasized the accident’s transformative impact on his perspective.

Reflecting on the incident that occurred in January on his property in Reno, Nevada, where he broke over 30 bones after his snowplough ran over him while assisting his nephew, Renner stated, “There’s something really beautiful about having that superpower.” Despite the challenges, he highlighted the numerous gifts he received due to the accident.
“When you go through physical, emotional, and spiritual trials and emerge from it, it’s a difficult experience to put into words,” Jeremy Renner expressed. “It’s about perseverance and strength, a mental game that I now carry in my back pocket. I’ve learned how to navigate through pain—it’s all in the mind. Despite the challenges, I feel very blessed after sifting through the fog of it all.”
In October, Renner introduced a new music project called ‘Love and Titanium’ on Instagram, documenting various milestones he has achieved since the accident. Describing it as a collection of music about different moments in his recovery journey since 1st January, he shared, “Love and Titanium’ has been a painful, deeply healing, and ultimately cathartic experience for me to create. I hope I find the courage to share it with all of you.”
