Woody Harrelson’s hilarious snippet of channelling Adele during ‘Saturday Night Live’ will blow your mind away! Harrelson performed in a pre-recorded sketch called ‘Musical Promo’ where he presents a faux trailer for an upcoming Broadway show with other cast-members from ‘SNL’. The Broadway show, which is called ‘By Yourself: The Musical’, focuses on the songs people hum to themselves in solitude.
This was the fifth time Harrelson hosted the show! He started off by sitting alone in his kitchen, singing a catchy tune about his dinner in a Tupperware.
“Chicken, chicken, chicken,” he sings. “Eatin’ all the chicken in my house.”
After he washes dinner plates and opens Amazon packages, he returns for a dramatic sendoff to a mouldy loaf of bread. This sendoff was inspired by Adele’s hit ‘Hello’.
“Hello, it’s bread/ I forgot that you were there and now you have to go be dead/ See you on the other side,” Harrelson sang to the loaf of bread before throwing it into the garbage.
‘Hello’ was a single from Adele’s third album ‘25’. It spent 10 weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart after its release.
