BATHINDA: The combined forces of the special enforcement unit, British Columbia (CFSEU-BC), an anti-gang agency, has issued a public safety warning in Canada against 11 individuals, 9 out of which are of Punjabi origin.
The warning has been issued in lieu of the fact that these men pose a significant threat to public safety, and are involved in gang conflicts and have a connection to extreme levels of violence.
The police have warned the public to avoid any contact with them, adding that they are linked to a slew of killings and shootings in the British Columbia province.
Killing of Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu known as Sidhu Moosewala in Punjab is also learnt to have been planned by Canada based Satvinder Singh known as Goldy Brar.
CFSEU has also put fact sheets about BC Gangs and organised crime stating its investigations highlight the seizure of large quantities of drugs and hundreds of firearms across the province.
