Meanwhile, cofounder Vijay Arisetty, who previously served as the chief executive, has now taken the role of chairman of the board. According to the company, Arisetty will guide the team on the firm’s strategic direction and continue to mentor the leadership team.

“The company is well capitalised for its next phase of growth and has planned a strategic leadership transition as it gets poised for a new financial year,” MyGate said in a statement.
Cofounder and chief technology officer Shreyans Daga will now have an expanded role overseeing product, technology, and new business initiatives, said the company. Previously, Daga has served as the project head at Oracle and Digit.
Additionally, Rohit Jindal, who has been with the company since 2017, has been elevated to the role of chief business officer. Jindal has previously worked as the sales leader at Tencent-backed healthcare and diagnostics platform Practo.
“MyGate is in its strongest financial position that it has ever been with proven revenue streams that have started to scale up. We had continuous three months of zero cash burn…The foundation is set for a strong and profitable FY25,” said Kumar.

According to the company, it has clocked a revenue of more than Rs 100 crore in FY24, up around 35% from Rs 77 crore revenue in FY23. The main revenue sources for the company are subscriptions from resident welfare associations (RWAs) and advertising partnerships with brands.Founded in 2016 by Kumar, Arisetty and Daga, the company last raised Rs 100 crore in a funding round co-led by Urban Company and Acko in 2022.
