Two weeks ago, lifestyle technology brand Noise rolled out a ‘no-questions asked’ leave policy. Employees were allowed to take up to four weeks of leave in a year without specifying a reason.
This, the company said, would help build a culture of trust and security. It will also inspire employees to have faith in it, just as it does in its staff, the company said.
Noise is part of a small, but growing group of companies, mostly startups, that
