Following the resignation of senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad from Congress creating a ruckus in the party, senior party leader and Congress General Secretary Tariq Anwar on August 29 criticised the latter stating that way he left the party, accusing the leadership, doesn’t suit him. “Ghulam Nabi Azad’s statements depict that he wasn’t heard. I believe that he could’ve directly talked to the party president or Rahul Gandhi, considering the post he had in Congress. The way he left the party, accusing the leadership, doesn’t suit him,” said the leader.
