With the investigation against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler back in the Courts, advocate HS Phoolka on May 21 in Punjab’s Patiala informed that the CBI has filed a charge sheet against the Congress leader over the 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots case. The Chargesheet has been filed for the murder of 3 persons who were burnt alive while working inside a Gurdwara during the riots. “Chargesheet is filed against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler over the 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots case, where a mob led by him set a Gurdwara on fire. He also burnt alive three Sikhs who were working in the Gurdwara. Now, the CBI has filed a charge sheet against him for the murder of three persons,” the advocate said.
