In Alaska on October 4, troops from the Indian and US armies executed exhilarating parachute jumps from a transport aircraft as part of the ongoing Yudh Abhyas 2023 exercise. This joint endeavor aimed to bolster interoperability between the two military forces. Scheduled from September 25 to October 8 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, the exercise involves 350 personnel from the Indian Army, with the lead battalion affiliated with the MARATHA Light Infantry Regiment.
