With the Russia-Ukraine war completing its one year, Danish Ambassador to India Freddy Svane on February 23 in Delhi acknowledged the efforts that have been made by India so far to resolve the issue and said that the country is ‘doing whatever it can’. The Danish Envoy also said that India under Prime Minister Narendra Modi will play an important role on the international level in the matter.Calling out Russia for the ‘unprovoked attack’, Svane further stressed on the devastating consequences of the war at the battlefield and on other countries that are indirectly suffering over the shortage of resources that has been caused due to the war.
