Israel’s extensive retaliatory actions have dealt a significant blow to the Hamas group in Gaza. On October 17, the Israel Air Force (IAF) successfully targeted and neutralized Taysir Mubasher, who was the Commander of the North Khan Yunis Battalion within the Hamas terrorist group. Mubasher had a history of holding key positions, including commanding Hamas’ naval forces and involvement in weapons manufacturing. During the conflict, there were approximately 300 rocket and mortar attacks originating from the northern Khan Yunis area towards Israel. Mubasher was also linked to the infiltration attack on Zikim’s beaches during the “Tzuk Eitan” operation. Additionally, on October 24, Israeli Air Force fighter jets conducted an airstrike, resulting in the death of Ibrahim Al-Saher, who served as the head of the Anti-Tank Missiles Array within Hamas’ Northern Brigade.
