The budget session of the state legislature starting Monday is expected to be a stormy one both inside and outside the Houses as it is taking place days after the Election Commission awarded the Shiv Sena name and bowand-arrow symbol to the faction led by chief minister Eknath Shinde. “ “There is anger among people in the way in which Shiv Sena name and symbol were given to the Shinde faction,” said leader of the opposition Ajit Pawar, at a joint press conference of MVA on Sunday following a meeting to finalise the Opposition’s strategy for the budget session which will end on March 24. “The MVA is with Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray,” he added.
