Leader of the Opposition in Bihar, Vijay Kumar Sinha, expressed his dismay on November 8 regarding derogatory comments made by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in his assembly speech. Sinha deemed it shameful that none of the leaders within the I.N.D.I alliance had condemned the CM’s remarks. He went on to state, “Individuals of this nature are causing harm to Bihar and steering it toward lawlessness. Nitish Kumar ought to not only apologize but also submit his resignation… By March or the Lok Sabha elections, Nitish Kumar’s tenure as CM may come to an end.”
