How to observe fast During Maha Shivaratri

Praying to Lord Shiva pure devotion they could acquire control over two great natural power that could badly affects the life of people that is, Rajas Guna which means “Quality of Passionate Activity” and Tamas Guna means “Quality of Inertia” according to Hindu mythology.
