Keloth Shri Mahavishnu temple is located at Keloth near
Pullur and Chalingal in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to
Bhagavan Vishnu. This is an ancient traditional Kerala style Hindu temple built
using vettukallu (red bricks cut out from earth).
The temple has a chathura sreekovil which faces east. The
temple has a namaskara mandapam and chuttambalam. The shrine also has chuttambalam.
The temple maintains the ancient traditional look.
The upa devatas worshipped in the temple are Ganapathy and
Bhagavathi.
The shrine observes various festivals including Vishu and
Thiruvonam. Ekadashi in every fortnight is of great importance in the temple. Thursdays
in a week is of great importance.
