NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 578.51 points up at 59719.74 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Dynemic Product(down 17.57 per cent), Royal India Corp(down 14.29 per cent), NCL Research(down 13.56 per cent), Wall Street Fin(down 12.70 per cent) and Advitiya Trade India(down 12.12 per cent) stood among the top losers in today’s trade.
In the Nifty pack, 44 stocks closed in the green, while 6 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 194.0 points up at 17816.25.
On the BSE,
, , , Dipna . and hit their fresh 52-week lows, while , , , and touched their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade.
